- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I can't even choose a star. I chose one star because the site wouldn't allow me to post unless I chose one. I have never been so disrespected by someone who I paid them to do their job. When Mrs. Newman filed my taxes in 2012, she sent me a bill for over $600.00. I simply asked her for a breakdown of fees as I was completely shocked by the amount charged for filing taxes. She denied breaking down those fees, and four years later, is continuing to be rude and deny me services. Being that she was so rude in 2012 to me, I changed accountants without filing a complaint. Now, in 2016, I needed a digital copy of my taxes to buy a new home, so I gave her a call. Mrs. Newman quickly reminded me of why I didn't need to do business with her any longer. She informed me that she was too busy and she would NOT be sending me that file. She informed me that I had one copy and she would not be giving me another.By Summer Johnson, July 19, 2017
